To provide for street lights throughout the City. Street <br />iights are installed and maintained by the Northern States Power <br />Company. <br />2. To provide safe and efficient transportation via a traffic <br />signal system to control critical locations. The City has, in <br />recent years, taken on responsibility for the maintenance o£ new <br />traffic signals needed for new development projects. <br />Activity: <br />To supply power and/or relamping to traffic signals for which the <br />City has responsibility. <br />Expenditure Comments: <br />1. Miscellaneous Services is up re£lecting a new cost for <br />maintaining traffic signals and street lights for which the <br />City is responsible. <br />25 <br />
