The Dutch <br />Elm program provides inspection of the community for the disease, <br />assistance to residents, and assurance that trees are promptly <br />removed. In addition, the program includes funding for removal <br />of trees from City-owned property. <br />Expenditure Comments: <br />1. Miscellaneous Services is up due to an increase in the incidence of <br />Dutch Elm diseased trees and an increase in the rates charged for <br />removing trees. <br />29 <br />
