The Dutch <br />Elm program provides inspection of the community for the disease, <br />assistance to residents, and assurance that trees are promptly <br />removed. In addition, the program includes funding for removal <br />of trees from City-owned property. <br />Expenditure Comments: <br />A. Miscellaneous Services is up, due to an increase in the <br />rates charged for tree removal. <br />26 <br />
