The city is divided:into three (3) districts <br />and depending on manpower scheduled for a certain shift, the <br />supervisor assigns patrol areas within the three permanent dis- <br />tricts. <br />The 1987 Calls for Service wer <br />New construction on the City's <br />increasing Calls for Service. <br />crime, Roseville Police starte <br />1987.
