Roseville's Civil Defense operations are directed by the <br />City Manager, with day t day coordination done by the <br />Deputy Chief of Police Civil Defense is responsible for <br />mitigating, preparin for, responding to, and recovering <br />from natural and ma made disasters. A comprehensive <br />emergency plan ha been developed, and is regularly updated <br />to keep abreast f County, State and Federal guidelines and <br />regulations. irteen outdoor warning sirens are maintained <br />by the unit. <br />2. The Rosevi e Reserve Police is a unit of the Civil Defense <br />Operation .
