The <br />long side of the structure will be placed parallel to Woodhill to <br />screen the Public Works activities from the residential develop- <br />ment to the north. <br />Conclusion <br />The 1990 Budget represents an effort to provide a framework to <br />enable the City to meet its needs now and in the future. <br />Specific proposals within the budget will strengthen the General <br />Fund, provide a consistent, well managed method of maintaining <br />the City's physical plant, provide for additional non-property <br />tax revenues, and enable the City to take advantage of new <br />technology. <br />The budget is fiscally responsible, reflecting the uncertainty <br />regarding State fiscal policies, especially the property tax law. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />� � <br />Steven R.
