Depreciation <br />charges are transferred to this fund from departmenta using such <br />equipment. These charges are used only for the replacement of <br />equipment as approved by the Council. <br />The overall objective of this program is to allow for orderly <br />replacement of equipment, and to substantially reduce the <br />fluctuating property tax requirements for equipment purchases. <br />Expenditure Comments: <br />No major change in 1994. <br />C -39 <br />
