General Fund Functions (Continued)
<br />This fund balance is available to provide working capital for the fund until tax
<br />settlements are received in Su1y and December of each year, to provide funds for
<br />unknown events which could have an adverse financial effect on the fund, and to
<br />help finance future budgets. The $65,207 designated for subsequent years
<br />expenditures is for police purposes.
