The City's contribution to this <br />func9 for 1981 was set at $100,000. All aioards o£ compensation, legal fees, <br />administrative cost and the premium for excess coverage will be paid from <br />this fund. Excess coverage insurance is for claims in excess of $400,000, <br />wit11 a limit of $5,000,000 per occurrence. <br />Trust and Agency Fund <br />This fund was established to account for the operation of the Northwest Youth <br />j Service Bureau. The Bureau is a separate nonprofit organization iahich was <br />i established under a joint powers agreement betiaeen the City of Roseville and <br />other governmental units. In accordance iaith the terms of the agreement, the <br />`� City provides accounting services to the Bureau. <br />General Fixed Assets Group of Accounts <br />General Fixed Assets are those fixed assets useci in the perfcrmance of <br />general governmental functi.ons and exclude fixed assets of the em erprise <br />funds. The City has ehosen to report a11 public domain £ixed assets such <br />as streets, storm sewer and similar assets that are immovable and of valu� <br />only to the City. <br />-12- <br />
