In the opinion of the City <br />Attorney's office, any liability to the City at year end would be immaterial. <br />Note 14 - Contin,�ent Liability <br />The City participates in the General Revenue Sharing Program. The program is <br />subject to program compliance audits by the grantor or their representative. The <br />program compliance audit for the year ended December 31, 1983 has not been conducted <br />Accordingly, the City's compliance with applicable grant requirements will be <br />established at some future date, if there is a program compliance audit. The amount, <br />if any, of expenditures which may be disallowed by the granting agency cannot be <br />determined at this time although the C�ity expects such amounts, if any, to be <br />immaterial. <br />Note 15 - Subseauent Event <br />The City Council on December 12, 1983 adopted an ordinance establishing a storm <br />drainage utility fund. 'Phis enterprise fund wi11 be established 6y Apri1 30, 1984 <br />when the first statements will be sent out. <br />
