The Storm Drainage Fund was established in 1984 and accounts for <br />the operation of the storm drainage system. The purpose of this <br />fund is to pay for the development of storm water management <br />plans and storm drainage improvements. The City serves and bills <br />9,276 customers for storm drainage services.
