ENTERPRISE FIINDS <br />Enterprise Funds are used to account for operations that provide <br />a service to the general public and are financed primarily by <br />user charges. The reports of Enterprise Funds are similar to <br />comparable private enterprises, and their performance can be <br />evaluated on the same basis as privately-owned enterprises. <br />Roseville operates the following enterprise activities: <br />Sanitary Sewer Fund - accounts for the provision of sanitary <br />sewer service to the residents of the City. <br />Water Fund - accounts for the provision of water service to the <br />residents of the City. <br />Golf Course Fund - accounts for the operation of one par-three <br />golf course. <br />Ice Arena Fund - accounts for the operation of one indoor ice <br />arena facility. <br />Storm Drainage Fund - accounts for the operation of the storm <br />drainage system. <br />
