<br />The City has five types of bonded debi outstanding at Decem6er 3�, 1988. They are: (�) General
<br />Obligation Improvements (Special Assessment) 6onds, (2) General 06ligation Bonds, (3) GeneraL Obtigation
<br />ftevenue Bonds, (4) Generat 06Ligation State Aid Hi9hway Bonds, and (5) GeneraL ObLigation Tax lncrement
<br />Bonds.
<br />The first type of honds is paya6le solely from generaL property taxes. The second type is payabte
<br />primarily from generaL property taxes and speciat assessments. The third type is payable from
<br />revenues in ice arena operating funds and trom general property taues. The fourth type is payahLe from
<br />state aid revenues. The fifth type is payabte from tax increments.
<br />There are a numher of limitations and restrictions contained in the various bond indentures. The City is
<br />i� comptiante With aLL signifiwnt Limitations and restrictions. All honded debt is 6acked by the full
<br />faith and credit of the City.
<br />Bonded debt outstanding as of �ecemher 31, 7988 is 539,930,000 with totaL interest payments of 528,463,759
<br />with the bonds carrying net interest rates of 4.87L to 6.41% is as follows:
