�• � � <br />Enterprise Funds are used to account for operations that provide <br />a service to the general public and are financed primarily by <br />user charges. The reports of Enterprise Funds are similar to <br />comparable private enterprises, and their performance can be <br />evaluated on the same basis as privately- owned enterprises. <br />Roseville operates the following enterprise activities: <br />Sanitarp Sewer Fund - accounts for the provi- <br />sion of sanitary sewer service to the resi- <br />dents of the City. <br />Aater Fund - accounts for the provision of <br />water service to the residents of the City. <br />Golf Course F'und - accounts for the operation <br />of one par-three golf course. <br />Ice �rena Fund - accounts for the operation <br />of one indoor ice arena facility. <br />Storm Drainage Fund - accounts for the opera- <br />tion of the storm drainaqe system. <br />
