<br />. The City has four types of bonded debt outstanding at Decem6er 31, 1990. They are: (1) Generat Obligation
<br />� Bonds, (2) General Obtigation Improvements (Speciat Assessment) Bonds, (3) Generat Obligation State Aid
<br />� Highuay 8onds, and (4) General ObLigation Tax Increment Bonds.
<br />The first type of bonds is payable solely from general CroperTy Caxes. The second type is payabie
<br />.. primarity from general property taxes and special assessments. The third type is payahle from state aid
<br />revenues. The tourth Sype is payable from tax increments.
<br />�. There are a number of limitatSons and restrictions contained in the various bond indentures. The City is
<br />� in compliance with all significant limitaiions and restrictions. a1l bonded debt is backed hy the full
