The fees collected are to sesiat in paying for the pick-up and recycling of selected paper, metal, glass and plas- tic. The purpose of this fund is to pay for the development of etorm water management plane and storm drainage improvements. The City aerves and bille 9,450 customers for storm drainage services. The atorm drainage rates were increseed 2$ in 1991. No rate change was made in 1992.
