The 5torm Drainage Fund was established in 1984 and accounu for the operation of the storm <br />drainage system. The purpose of this fund is to pay for the development of storm water <br />management plans and storm drainage improvements. The City serves and bills 9,450 customers <br />for storm drainage services. The storm drainage rates were last increased 2% in 1991.
