AGENCY FUNDS <br />Agency funds are purely custodial and do not measure the results of operations. <br />Northwest Youth and Family Services - The Northwest Youth and Family Service fund <br />accounts for fiscal activities of the agency and is a separate non-profit entity <br />Grass Lake Water Management Organization - The Grass Lake Water Management <br />Organization fund accounts for fiscal activities of the agency which is a separate <br />nonprofit entity <br />De%rred Compensation Fund - The Deferred Compensation Fund accounu for those <br />asseu being held by the City in trust for empioyees <br />Community Development Block Grant Fund - accounts for funds awarded to the City <br />through Ramsey County for qual�ed projects that benefit low and moderate income <br />people <br />Local Development Corporation - accounts for funds received from block granu and <br />other sources for the speciai housing needs related to low and moderate income peopie <br />North Suburban Cable Commission - accounu for funds banked with the City by the <br />Commission for the express purpose of participating in the pooled investmenu program <br />Roseville Lutheran Cemetery - accounu for the fiscal acuvities of the cemetery. The <br />cemetery was essentially abandoned by the previous owner and reverted to the City in <br />1993. It is expected the cemetery will soon be claimed by new owners and City <br />ownership and management is expected to be terminated in the near future <br />
