Northwest Youth and Family 5ervice Agency - The Northwest Youth and Family Service Agency Fund accounts for fiscal activities of the agency which is a separate nonprofit entity. Grass Lake Water Management Organization - The Grass Lake Water Management Organization Fund accounts for fiscal activities of the agency which is a separate nonprofit entity Employee Deferred Compensation Fund - The Deferred Compensation Fund accounts for those assets being held by the City in trust for employees. Community Development B1ock Grant - accounTs for funds awarded Yo the CiYy through Ramsey County for qualified projects that benefit low and moderate income people Local Development Corporation - accounts for funds received from block grants and other sources for the special housing needs related to low and moderate income people North Suburban Cabie Commission - accounts for funds banked with the City by the Commission for the express purpose of participating in the pooled investments program Roseville Lutheran Cemetery - accoun[s for the fiscal activities of the cemetery. The cemetery was essentially abandoned by the previous owner and reverted to the City in 1993. Ownership has transfened to the Islamic Cemetery Association, however, the Ciry and the County have agreed to provide some funding for maintenance of the older portions of the property.
