The Storm Drainage Fund was established in 1984 and accounts for the operation of the storm <br />drainage system. The purpose of this fund is to pay for the development of sCorm water <br />management plans and storm dra-nage improvements. The City serves and bills 9,450 <br />customers for storm drainage services. The storm drainage rates were last increased 2% in <br />1991.
