<br />The City has two rypes of bonded debt outstanding at December 31, 199Z They are: (1) General Obligation Improvements (Special
<br />Assessment) Bonds and (2) General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds.
<br />The first type is payable primarily from ger�eral property w�ces and special assessmen[s. The second type is payable from wx incremenis.
<br />There are a rxunber of lunitauons ard restnctionc contained in the various bond indentures. The Ciry is in compliarce with all significant
<br />limitations ard res[rictions. All borded debt is backed by the fWl faith and credit of the City.
