<br />there be an visufficiency in the pleclgacl increments.
<br />There are a number of lunitations ancl resMctions containecl in the various boncl inclentures. The City is in complience wi[h all
<br />aignificant limitatione encl restrictions. All bornlecl debt is backecl by the full fxith azul creclit of the City.
