<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Tuesday, the thirteenth day of February, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and <br />Cushman <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Rog. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8547 <br /> <br />CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR A PORTION OF <br />PROJECT NO. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 6 <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE TO CUL-DE-SAC <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the council requested additional information about pavement <br />condition, traffic volumes, development scenarios, and estimated cost; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public improvement hearing for a <br />portion of Project No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No.6, County Road C-2 from <br />Cleveland Avenue to cul-de-sac, shall be continued to the regular <br />council meeting on Monday, February 26, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Cushman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
