EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 18th day of June, 2018, at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following Members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe <br /> and none were absent. <br /> Council Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11516 <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SUPPORT OF A JOB CREATION FUND <br /> APPLICATION IN CONNECTION WITH COLDER PRODUCTS COMPANY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, Minnesota(the "City"), desires to assist Colder Products <br /> Company, a manufacturing company which is proposing to construct a facility in the City;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City understands that Colder Products Company, through and with the support <br /> of the City, intends to submit to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic <br /> Development an application for an award and/or rebatefrom the Job Creation Fund Program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City held a City Council meeting on June 18, 2018, to consider this matter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, after due consideration, the Mayor and City <br /> Manager of the City of Roseville,Minnesota,hereby express their approval of the project proposed <br /> by Colder Products Company and its application for an award and/or rebate from the Job Creation <br /> Fund Program. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member McGehee, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, <br /> Willmus, Etten and Roe, and the following voted against the same:none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
