EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> www * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 18th day of June, 2018,at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11518 <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING QUOTE <br /> FOR 2018 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to advertisement for quotes for the improvement, according to the plans <br /> and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said quotes were <br /> received on Tuesday, May 29, at 4:00 p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the <br /> following quotes were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> Contractor Quote <br /> New Look Contracting,Inc. $32,682.50 <br /> G.F.Jedlicki,Inc. $52,739.00 <br /> Engineer's Estimate $29,270.40 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that New Look Contracting, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder at <br /> the tabulated price of$32,682.50. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with New Look Contracting, Inc. for $32,682.50 in the name of the City of <br /> Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br /> thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br /> Manager. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota: <br />
