EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 18th day of June, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11517 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br /> CLIMB INC. <br /> WHEREAS, Climb Inc. has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to conduct lawful gambling <br /> activities at 1744 Terrace Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, Climb Inc. has met the local permit requirements as specified in City Code, Section 304. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> follows: <br /> The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of Climb Inc. to conduct lawful <br /> gambling activities at 1744 Terrace Drive. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secondedby member McGehee and upon a <br /> vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
