Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon, <br /> Assistant City Manager Olson, and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 7c and 7d from the agenda, as pro- <br /> gress is being made on both of the properties under abatement. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Shirley Brown, 2820 North Snelling Avenue, Coventry Apartments, <br /> Ms. Brown stated there is a neighbor in the apartments who does drugs, sells drugs, and <br /> spits and coughs in front of the building all the time. He does it repeatedly, even though <br /> there are vulnerable residents and children who walk barefoot in front of the building. <br /> She asked for help from the Mayor and Council, since the apartment manager has told her <br /> there is no ordinance against what this neighbor is doing. <br /> Mayor Roe suggested people should not hesitate to call 911 if there is something illegal <br /> going on. He also requested staff to follow up with the apartment manager to find out <br /> what is going on and what can be done to help residents. <br /> S. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Proclaim July 2018 as Parks and Recreation Month <br /> Mayor Roe read the proclamation establishing July 2018 Parks and Recreation Month in <br /> Roseville. <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, adoption of the proclamation naming July 2018 as <br /> Parks and Recreation Month in Roseville. <br />
