Roll Call <br /> President Dan Roe called to order a meeting of the Roseville Economic Development <br /> Authority(REDA) in and for the City of Roseville at approximately 8:46 p.m. Voting <br /> and Seating Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Present: President Dan Roe and Board Members Lisa Laliberte, Tammy <br /> McGehee, Robert Willmus, Jason Etten. <br /> Others Present: Executive Director Pat Trudgeon, Assistant City Manager <br /> Rebecca Olson, Community Development Director Kari <br /> Collins, and Housing & Economic Development Program <br /> Manager Jeanne Kelsey <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of agenda as presented. <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> 4. Business Items <br /> a. Hold Public Hearing and Adopt a Resolution of Support to Apply for MIF <br /> Funds from the Department of Employment and Economic Development <br /> (DEED) for Colder Products Company (CPC) <br /> Executive Director Trudgeon provided a brief summary of this request as <br /> detailed in the staff report and attachments dated June 18, 2018. This loan <br /> program assists expanding businesses in Minnesota and does require a public <br /> hearing. <br /> President Roe opened and closed the public hearing at approximately 8:48 <br /> p.m.; with no one appearing for or against. <br /> Executive Director Trudgeon explained Colder Products is looking to <br /> consolidate several sites into one global headquarters in Roseville. <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, adoption of REDA Resolution No. 21 <br /> (Attachment A), entitled a "Resolution in Support of and Authorizing <br />
