EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 9th day of July, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the following were absent: none. Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11520 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF MNDOT COMMUNITY ROADSIDE LANDSCAPE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Transportation's Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program is designed to provide technical and financial assistance to communities that are interested in landscaping state highway rights of way; and WHEREAS, The Home Owner's Association at 2200 Midland Grove Road has approached the City with an interest in participating in the program. Their goal is to provide new vegetation to beautify the area as well as screen the condo building that is located on the east side of Cleveland; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The City of Roseville enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1031418 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the purpose to provide for payment by the State to the City for the acquisition of landscape materials to be placed adjacent to Truck Highway No. 36 at 35W and Cleveland Ave Interchange under Stat Project No. 6212-969C (T.H. 36=118). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Willmus, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten,McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the same: none.
