EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of July, 2018 at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following Members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe <br /> And none were absent. <br /> Council Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11521 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR PLAT OF <br /> PETTERSEN ESTATES <br /> WHEREAS, Gunnar Pettersen,has applied for approval of a Minor Plat at 2030 <br /> County Road D, which is legally described as: <br /> Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Pettersen Estates <br /> And WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Division has determined that the proposed <br /> Minor Plat, a reorganization of two existing lots, complies with all criteria to be deemed a <br /> Minor Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, has determined that the proposed Minor <br /> Plat re-platting two reconfigured parcels into Pettersen Estates can be approved as a Minor <br /> Plat; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, Minnesota, approves the Minor Plat of Pettersen Estates. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Council Member McGehee and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
