There are many reasons to not allow the development of an alcoholic establishment in our residential neighborhood. First, parking could be a chaotic, dangerous, and unorganized situation. The lot is small and won't allow much parking. Where does the planning commission think that patrons will park? Parking in the shoulder along either Country Rd. D or Fairview Ave. N will make walking, running or biking very dangerous. This is a residential neighborhood and we do not want to hear patrons finding their cars late into the night in front of our houses. We have small children and their health is important.We expect that there could be significant odors coming from the brewery. We would greatly prefer the natural smells of our beautiful neighborhood. We expect that a tap room will produce patrons who have had alcoholic beverages, perhaps one too many. This increases the risk of automobile accidents in our neighborhood. Again, this is not a commercial neighborhood -- not ev: 1., 4lj .� ` ;., r ; a loud neighbor having a party night aft-r night, perhaps wi no recourse to the law. Allowing the development of a brewery and tap room in our residential neighborhood would be a mistake, one not worth the small tax increase.
