Section 2. Notice of Public Hearing, Preparation of Program and Plan. City staff is <br /> authorized and directed to work with Ehlers to prepare a Modification to the Development <br /> Program for Development District No. 1 and a Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment <br /> Financing District No. 1-21 —Colder Products Company, and to forward documents to the <br /> appropriate taxing jurisdictions including Ramsey County and Independent School District No. <br /> 623. The Housing and Economic Development Program Manager is authorized and directed to <br /> cause notice of the hearing, together with an appropriate map as required by law, to be published <br /> at least once in the official newspaper of the City not later than 10, nor more than 30, days prior <br /> to September 24, 2018, and to place a copy of the Program and Plan on file in the Housing and <br /> Economic Development Program Manager's office at City Hall and to make such copy available <br /> for inspection by the public. <br /> Dated: July 23, 2018 <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Etten and <br /> Mayor Roe and the following voted against the same: none <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 530881v2 MNI RS275-16 <br />
