EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of August, <br /> 2018, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe; and <br /> the following members were absent: none. <br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11530 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> FOR COUNTY ROAD C RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,County Road C between the west city limits and Long Lake Road is a Ramsey <br /> County facility;and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County plans to reconstruct the roadway with new curb and gutter, <br /> concrete pavement,storm sewer improvements,traffic signal upgrades,and other necessary <br /> appurtenances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the costs for the project will be split between Ramsey County and the City of <br /> Roseville per Ramsey County's Cost Participation Policy and as determined in a future <br /> agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS,this segment of County Road C has never been assessed by the City for street <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City may assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the City's cost <br /> of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and he is <br /> instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br /> preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or inconnection <br />
