CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO.1559 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SELECTED TEXT OF THE <br /> ROSEVILLE CITY CODE, <br /> 402.02:DEFINITIONS AND <br /> 402.13:PLACEMENT OF <br /> CONTAINERS <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose: The <br /> Roseville City Code is hereby <br /> amended to modify/clarify specific . <br /> requirements within the Roseville City <br /> Code, Sections 402.02, definitions i <br /> and 402.13,Placement of <br /> Containers. 9 <br /> SECTION 2,Chapter 402,Sections <br /> 402.02 and 402.13 are hereby <br /> amended as follows: <br /> 402.02:Definitions: <br /> Commercial Establishment: Any <br /> premises where a commercialor <br /> industrial enterprise of any kind is <br /> carried on and shall include;but not <br /> be limited to,motels,office buildings, <br /> manufacturing'plants, clubs eurbs, <br /> nursing homes; churches and <br /> schools. <br /> '402.13:Placement of Containers: li <br /> A::Residential Dwellings;.Garbage <br /> containers,- nn other refuse, yard <br /> waste, and special waste containers <br /> at residential dwellingsshallbe out 1 <br /> of public view except on the day of <br /> pickup.Such solid waste containers <br /> may be placed at curbside <br /> for collection (unless,, walk-up <br /> arrangements have been made with <br /> the hauler) prior to 7:00 A.M.At no <br /> time shall such solid waste containers <br /> or containers remain on curbside for <br /> longer than 24 consecutive hours. <br /> Completely closed hauler-provided <br /> containers may be stored behind the <br /> front line of the prirriarystructure'but <br /> not in the street-facing side yard of a <br /> corner lot and when so stored shall <br /> be considered out of public view. <br /> B. Multiple'Residential Dwellings <br /> and Commercial Establishments: <br /> Garbage containers,. and other <br /> refuse, yard'-waste, and special <br /> waste containers at - multiple <br /> residential.dwellings and commercial <br /> establishments shailv be out_of public- <br /> view.(Ord.1097,8-12-91_). <br /> SECTION 3. Effective Date. <br /> This ordinance amendment to <br /> the Roseville.
