Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the special meeting of the Roseville City Council at approximately <br /> 12:00 p.m. (Voting and Seating Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe). <br /> Member McGehee were absent. <br /> 2. Canvass Primary <br /> City Manager Trudgeon presented the results contained in the abstract of votes cast for <br /> the primary election held on August 14, 2018. <br /> Councilmember Etten moved, Councilmember Laliberte seconded to certify the follow- <br /> ing names as the nominees for the offices of mayor and city council members to the <br /> city clerk for placement on the general election ballot: Tammy McGehee and Daniel <br /> Roe for Mayor. James Bull, Wayne Groff, Dannah Thompson and Robert Willmus for <br /> Council. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, Willmus, Etten and Roe <br /> Nays: None <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 3.
