City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1564 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CENTRE POINTE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, ORDINANCE <br /> #1177, TO ALLOW A FOURTH HOTEL <br /> The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to §1023.10 PUD Amendments and §1023.09E PUD Final Plan, of <br /> the Zoning Code, Planned Unit Development#1177 is herein amendment to allow a fourth hotel <br /> at 3015 Centre Pointe Drive as a permitted use. <br /> This project will consist of a four-story, 86-room, hotel with surface parking and meet or exceed <br /> all site planning requirements (design standards) as prescribed in the Planned Unit Development <br /> Agreement. <br /> The proposed hotel will be located at 3015 Centre Pointe Drive on property legally described as: <br /> Lot 3, Blockl, Centre Pointe Business Park 2nd Addition <br /> Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to Planned Unit Development <br /> #1177 shall take effect upon passage by the City Council and publication. <br /> Passed this 27th day of August, 2018. <br />
