City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1563 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, ZONING, OF THE CITY CODE TO ALLOW <br /> DRIVE-THROUGH FACILITIES AS CONDITIONAL USES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT <br /> The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> Section 1. Zoning Ordinance Amended. The Roseville City Code, Title 10, is hereby <br /> amended as follows. <br /> Section 1005.03, Table of Allowed Uses in the Commercial and Mixed Use Districts <br /> Table 1005-1 NB CB RB-1 RB-2 Standards <br /> Accessory Uses, Buildings and Structures <br /> Drive-through facilities N P C C C C Y <br /> Section 1009.02, Procedures Pertaining to Conditional Uses <br /> D. Specific Standards and Criteria <br /> 12. Drive-through Facilities: <br /> d. Speaker box sounds from the drive-through lane shall not be loud enough to <br /> constitute a nuisance on an abutting residentially zoned property or property in <br /> residential use. Notwithstanding this requirement, such speaker boxes shall not be <br /> located less than 100 feet from an existing residentially zoned property or property in <br /> residential use. <br /> Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect <br /> upon the passage and publication of this ordinance. <br /> Passed this 27th day of August 2018. <br />
