The value of the Bill Credits shall be calculated under the Tariff, as amended from time to time, which calculations shall include the size of Subscriber's Subscription (defined below), the Project's monthly energy production, and the values set forth in the Tariff for Subscriber's value of solar rate ("VOS") and any renewable energy credits ("RECs") or other energy attributes ("attributes") produced by the Project that are sold by Operator to the Utility. 1.2 The size of Subscriber's subscription shall be defined as a percentage of the Project's DC -rated nameplate capacity which shall be allocated across multiple Projects.
