EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of September, 2018 at 6:00p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11532 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br /> MINNESOTA FASTPITCH ACADEMY FOUNDATION <br /> WHEREAS,Minnesota Fastpitch Academy Foundation has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit <br /> to conduct lawful gambling activities at 1754 Lexington Ave N; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Fastpitch Academy Foundation has met the local permit requirements as <br /> specified in City Code, Section 304. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> follows: <br /> The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of Minnesota Fastpitch Academy <br /> Foundation to conduct lawful gambling activities at 1754 Lexington Ave N. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Etten and upon a <br /> vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and <br /> Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
