Trade Secret <br />�1111111001ABill 1:961 <br />Scope of Work <br />A. Design Scope <br />1. Seller will prepare structural and electrical Design Documents describing the Project. <br />2. Seller will comply with all building codes and, as necessary, obtain any code variances. <br />3. Seller will ensure that the Energy System installation meets then current National Electrical Code <br />requirements. <br />4. Seller will apply for all permits, and complete inspections to close such permits after Project Completion. <br />5. Seller will apply for interconnection of the Energy System and net metering with the local utility. <br />B. Installation <br />1. Seller will furnish and install all required material or equipment for a complete installation. <br />2. Seller will connect the Energy System to Customer's electric panel. <br />3. Seller will commission and test the Energy System after installation. <br />4. Electrical interconnections will be performed by licensed electricians. <br />5. Except as provided in the Purchase Agreement, the Parties agree that Seller will not be liable for any <br />indirect or consequential losses incurred by Customer as a result of the Energy System installation. Such <br />losses may result from disruption of operations, interruption of electrical service, suspension of <br />mechanical services and other interruptions reasonably related to standard Energy System installation of <br />the size and type contemplated by the Project. <br />C. Safety <br />1. Seller will adhere to all current safety laws including without limitation federal, state and local safety <br />regulations. <br />2. Seller's workers will conform to standard OSHA safety practices and procedures during installation. <br />D. General <br />1. Seller will provide all required design, engineering, construction, administration and management services <br />necessary to complete the Project. <br />2. Seller will take all action reasonably necessary or required to bring the Project to commercial operation. <br />3. Seller will provide to Customer copies of all operating and maintenance manuals and third -party <br />warranties. <br />4. Customer is responsible for scheduling and completing, if necessary, the energy audit required for <br />purposes of the Rebates. <br />6 <br />
