<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said city on Monday, February 12, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8543 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-90-14 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER <br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement No. P-90-14 consisting of the installation of ramp and <br />signal modification and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />lying between County Road B-2 on the south, Oakcrest Avenue on the <br />north, Snelling Avenue on the east, and American Street on the west as <br />described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at <br />$91,615.63, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report <br />as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />city Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons <br />and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br />financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
