Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 7c, Consider a 90-Day Extension to <br /> the Interim Use approval for 2720 Fairview Avenue—PF15-016. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Laliberte stated she had a question on Item 9c. <br /> Councilmember McGehee indicated she had a comment on a couple of the consent items. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 5a. Proclamation Kiwanis Peanut Day 2018 <br /> Mayor Roe invited representatives from the Kiwanis Club to come before the City Coun- <br /> cil and discuss Peanut Day and activities related to it. <br /> Mr. Brian Bergin, President Golden K Kiwanis Club, explained the mission of the Kiwa- <br /> nis Club and what it does for the community. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked the Kiwanis Club and read the Proclamation declaring September 21, <br /> 2018, Golden K Kiwanis Peanut Day. <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded to adopt the Proclamation declaring Golden K. Kiwanis <br /> Peanut Day on September 21, 2018. <br />
