Pursuant to §1023.10 <br /> PUD Amendments and §1023.09E <br /> PUD Final Plan,of the Zoning Code, <br /> Planned Unit Development#1177 is <br /> herein amendment to allow a fourth <br /> hotel at 3015 Centre Pointe Drive as <br /> a permitted use. <br /> This project will consist of a four- <br /> story, 66-room, hotel with surface <br /> parking and meet or exceed <br /> all site planning. .requirements <br /> (design standards) as prescribed <br /> in the Planned Unit Development <br /> Agreement. <br /> The proposed hotel will be located <br /> at 3015 Centre Pointe Drive on,j <br /> property.legally described as:Lot 3, <br /> Blockl,,Centre Pointe Business Park <br /> 2nd Addition <br /> Section 2.
