CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO.1563 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> TITLE 10,ZONING,OF <br /> THE CITY CODE TO ALLOW <br /> DRIVE-THROUGH <br /> FACILITIES AS <br /> CONDITIONAL USES IN THE <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS <br /> ZONING DISTRICT <br /> The City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville does ordain: <br /> Section"1. Zoning Ordinance' <br /> Amended.The Roseville City Code, <br /> Title o10, is (hereby amended as <br /> follows. <br /> Section 1005.03,Table of Allowed <br /> Uses in the Commercial and Mixed <br /> Use Districts <br /> Table 1005-1, NB, CB, <br /> RB-1, RB-2 Standards I <br /> Accessory Uses, Buildings and <br /> Structures <br /> Drive-through facilities, NR C <br /> C C y <br /> Section 100,9.02; Procedures <br /> Pertaining to Conditional Uses <br /> D Specific Standards and Criteria <br /> 12.Drive-through Facilities: <br /> d. Speaker box sounds,from the <br /> drive-through lane shall not be loud <br /> enough to constitute a nuisance <br /> on an abutting residentially coned <br /> property or property in residential use. <br /> Notwithstanding this requirement, <br /> such speaker boxes shall not be <br /> ;located less than 100 feet from an <br /> existing residentially zoned property <br /> or'property in residential use. <br /> Section 2. EffectiveDate.
