EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of October, 2018, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe; and the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11552 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2019 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br /> FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement through its <br /> curbside recycling program, Clean Up Day; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's waste abatement programs and minimize the cost to <br /> Roseville residents; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2019; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit a grant <br /> application to Ramsey County for a 2019 SCORE Funding Grant and that that grant will be used <br /> for Roseville's waste abatement programs. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> McGehee, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, <br /> Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe; and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
