SECTION 6. Table 1019-1 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> Table 1019-1: Minimum Parking Standards <br /> Use Minimum Standard <br /> Theater, auditorium, assembly halls 1 space for each 4 seats. A single seat on a bench <br /> is equal to 28". <br /> Restaurant—drive-through/fast food 1 space for each 60 sq. ft. of floor area. <br /> Restaurant, sit-down, taprooms, and cocktail 1 space for every 3 seats under maximum <br /> rooms designed capacity, 1 space for every 3 seats of an <br /> outdoor seating area, and 1 space for each <br /> employee at the greatest shift. <br /> SECTION 7. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the Roseville City Code shall take <br /> effect upon passage and publication. <br /> Passed this 22nd day of October, 2018. <br />
