What follows in this section is for the Parks and Recreation <br />Program, but may be applicable to other commissions. <br />These are not detailed descriptions. To find out more on each topic ask staff, <br />fellow commissioners or follow the links provided. <br />Roseville City Comprehensive Plan <br />What is it? <br />The citys comprehensive plan is a tool for guiding the growth, <br />redevelopment, and overall improvement of theCity of Roseville. The <br />Roseville Comprehensive Plan for 2030 was adopted in 2009. It is not only a <br />land-use plan, but also develops a broader framework to help shape the <br />character of the community and enhance the quality of life in Roseville.
