<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Tuesday, February 13, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Cushman <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Rog. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8546 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />NOS. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 6 EXCEPT COUNTY ROAD <br />C-2 FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE TO CUL-DE-SAC AND P-90-13 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER <br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 6 and P-90-13 consisting of <br />the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm <br />sewer, sanitary sewer service repairs, and necessary appurtenances on <br />all that property abutting County Road C-2 from Arthur Place to Fairview <br />Avenue, Arthur Street from County Road C-2 to cul-de-sac, Mildred Drive <br />from County Road C-2 to Lydia Avenue, and Lydia Avenue from Mildred <br />Drive to Fairview Avenue, and all that property lying east of Cleveland <br />Avenue and west of Fairview Avenue and lying south of Lydia Avenue and <br />north of a line 650 feet more or less south of County Road C-2 as <br />described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at <br />$334,243.53, and sUbstantially in accordance with the preliminary report <br />as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />city Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons <br />and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br />financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, <br />Johnson, and Cushman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
