Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1 <br />1. <br />Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 <br />Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 <br />request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />4 <br />5 <br />Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Vice Chair Joe Wozniak; and Members Martin <br />6 <br />Kors, Michael Kruse, Thomas Trainor and Michael Joyce (arrived <br />7 <br />at approximately 6:55 p.m.) <br />8 <br />9 <br />Absent: Member Nancy Misra (Excused) <br />10 <br />11 <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver; and City <br />12 <br />Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer <br />13 <br />14 <br />2. <br />Public Comments <br />15 <br />None. <br />16 <br />17 <br />3. <br />Approval of July 24, 2018 And August 28, 2018 Meeting Minutes <br />18 <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />19 <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />20 <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />21 <br />22 <br />Chair Cihacek indicated the August 28, 2018 meeting minutes were not official <br />23 <br />minutes due to lack of quorum. <br />24 <br />25 <br />Motion <br />26 <br />Member Trainor moved, Member Kruse seconded, approval of the July 24, <br />27 <br />2018 meeting minutes as presented. <br />28 <br />29 <br />Ayes:5 <br />30 <br />Nays:0 <br />31 <br />Motion carried. <br />32 <br />33 <br />4. <br />Communication Items <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
