577 Mr. Freihammer stated Attachment A was what was adopted in 2012 by the <br />578 Commission but never went forward to the Council. Attachment B is a similar <br />579 policy but a more updated version. He noted the attachments are very similar. <br />580 <br />581 Chair Cihacek indicated Attachment B will work. <br />582 <br />583 Member Trainor understood the Chair's comment for moving forward but he did <br />584 not see any reason why staff cannot work to incorporate the comments from this <br />585 meeting and then the Commission can discuss at a future meeting. <br />586 <br />587 Mr. Freihammer suggested staff clean up Attachment B with the comments made <br />588 and bring back to the Commission at the November meeting for review and an <br />589 official recommendation to the City Council. <br />590 <br />591 The Commission agreed. <br />592 <br />593 7. Items for Next Meeting — November 2018 <br />594 Discussion ensued regarding the November PWETC agenda: <br />595 • Update on Snow Event Parking Regulations <br />596 • 2019 Work Plan <br />597 • Organics Recycling <br />598 • Complete Street Policy <br />599 <br />600 Mr. Freihammer noted at this point there will not be a meeting in December. <br />601 <br />602 Chair Cihacek asked what staff was going to discuss in relation to Organics <br />603 Recycling. <br />604 <br />605 Mr. Freihammer hoped to have a plan at the lead recycling site that can be shared <br />606 with the Commission. <br />607 <br />608 Member Wozniak asked if staff knew when that topic would go forward to the <br />609 City Council. <br />610 <br />611 Mr. Freihammer thought it would be presented after the first of the year. <br />612 <br />613 Member Wozniak stated he found out that the City could receive score grants <br />614 from the State through the County of approximately $8,000. It is called an <br />615 incentive grant and by hosting an organic drop off site the City would be eligible <br />616 for the $8,000. <br />617 <br />618 Chair Cihacek asked what the $8,000 was to be spent towards. <br />619 <br />620 Member Wozniak stated there was really no earmark.
